The First Lesson

I had my first lessons with the Kindergarteners and 5th Graders at Westland Elementary on Wednesday. We explored shape poses and movement energy qualities. I also introduced basic creative dance class etiquette and my general protocol for class. The 5th Graders were able to Create and Perform their very own "Energy Partner Dances" at the closing of class.
