daCi Utah Day of Dance

The day had finally arrived! Mrs. Raymond coordinated colored shirts for the students and they all signed up to participate in master classes that night leading up to the performance!

We had a quick spacing rehearsal as the night began, and the students did so well! They were ready to go!

There was a community warm-up of Folk Dances before everyone split up to attend classes such as, Hip-Hop, Bollywood, African, European Folk, Visual Art, and more!

The students were also assigned a Creative Composition Group that had 1 hour, under the direction of a local dance artist, to create a dance to perform at the evening's end show.
